The 4 Point Inspection consist of an inspection of the home's roof, plumbing and heating/cooling system. If a 5 Point Inspection is required, the home's windows are also inspected.

4 Point inspections started after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Inspections are to verify that the home's condition are safe and to code. After the active hurricane seasin of 2004, the 4 Point Inspections have taken on even more importance. This is an inspection to Insurance Carrier specifications - Not a real estate inspection to be used when purchasing a home or building.

An Inspection using State of Florida 'Uniform Mitigation Verification Form' with all required photos. Inspection is to receive discounts on windstorm coverage such as roof coverings, opening protection, roof/deck attachements, roof/wall attachements, and similar items are inspected.
